【摘要】 目的观察穴位埋线配合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将315例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组175例和对照组140例。治疗组采用穴位埋线配合针刺治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组痊愈率和总有效率分别为77.7%和95.4%,对照组分别为56.4%和86.4%,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线配合针刺是一种治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint thread-embedding plus acupuncture in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(LIDH). Method Totally 315 patients with LIDH were randomized into a treatment group of 175 cases and a control group of 140 cases. The treatment group was intervened by acupoint thread-embedding plus acupuncture,while the control group was by conventional acupuncture,and the clinical efficacies were compared. Result The recovery rate and total effective rate were respectively 77.7% and 95.4% in the treatment group versus 56.4% and 86.4% in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).
