【摘要】 目的:观察中医扶正祛瘀化痰法治疗急性缺血性脑卒中(ICS)的临床疗效及其对患者并发医院获得性肺炎(HAP)的预防作用。方法:100例风痰瘀阻型急性ICS患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组采用扶正祛瘀化痰中药结合西医常规治疗,疗程为14 d。比较两组患者的临床疗效及HAP的发生率。结果:治疗后,治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为86.0%和58.0%,两组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗期间,治疗组的HAP发生率为10.0%,对照组为30.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:扶正祛瘀化痰法结合西医常规疗法治疗急性ICS具有较好的临床疗效,并能有效预防急性ICS患者并发HAP。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of health-strengthening,stasis-resolving and phlegm-eliminating therapy on acute ischemic cerebral stroke( ICS) and its preventive effect on hospital-acquired pneumonia( HAP). Methods: One hundred patients of wind-phlegm-stasis stagnation type with acute ICS were randomly divided into two groups: the control group in which 50 cases were treated with western medicine and the treatment group in which 50 cases were treated with health-strengthening,stasis-resolving and phlegm-eliminating therapy combined with western medicine,with a course of 14 days. The clinical effect and the incidence of HAP were observed and compared. Results: After treatment,the total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 86. 0% and 58. 0% respectively,with a statistical difference between the two groups( P < 0. 01).
