响应面法优化沙棘提取工艺研究

【摘要】 目的以芦丁提取量为响应值,优化沙棘的提取工艺。方法采用加热回流法,结合单因素试验和响应面分析法,选取回流时间、乙醇浓度、溶剂倍量3个因素,对沙棘的提取工艺进行优化考察。结果沙棘的最佳提取条件为:回流时间为70 min,乙醇浓度为60%,溶剂倍量为12,在此提取条件下平均提取量为(0.268±0.005)mg/g。结论采用本实验方法优化沙棘的提取工艺,具有可行性。

【Abstract】 Objective To optimize the extraction process of Hippophae rhamnoides L. with the content of rutin which is regarded as evaluation index. Methods Extraction process of Hippophae rhamnoides L. was investigated and optimized based on the single factor experiment and response surface methodology with reflux extraction time,ethanol concentration,and solid-liquid ratio as three evaluation factors. Results The results indicated that the optimal extraction process was obtained as follows: 12 times extracting solvent of 60% ethanol under reflux extraction 70 min; the average content of rutin was(0. 268 ± 0. 005) mg / g. Conclusion The method to optimize the extraction process is reasonable.
