骨性肿瘤中微血管数量和形态与肿瘤分化增殖的相关性研究
Correlation study between microvascular quantity,morphology in bone tumor and tumor differentiation and proliferation
【摘要】 目的分析骨肿瘤中的微血管数量(microvessel quantity,MVQ)和形态,研究新生血管和骨肿瘤增殖的关系。方法选择骨肉瘤患者90例,对成骨性肿瘤中CD34和IV型胶原蛋白(collagen IV,CoIV)阳性血管计数及形态进行分析。结果 CD34阳性的MVQ随着骨肉瘤的组织分级指标的级别升高而显著增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CoIV阳性的MVQ随着组织分级级别升高而显著减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随着增殖细胞核抗原(proliferating cell nuclear antigen,PCNA)和p53表达的阳性细胞数逐渐升高,CD34阳性的MVQ显著增加,CoIV阳性的MVQ则显著减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外核分裂>10/10 HPF、发生瘤转移的肿瘤组织中,CD34阳性的MVQ显著高于核分裂<10/10 HPF和未发生瘤转移的肿瘤组织,但CoIV阳性的MVQ则显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对骨肿瘤血管形态、CD34阳性的MVQ和CoIV阳性的MVQ的分析有助于进一步判断骨肿瘤的恶性程度,给治疗和预后的评估提供参考。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between microvessel and bone tumor proliferation by analyzing the number of microvessel quantity(MVQ) and morphology. Methods Ninety patients with osteosarcoma in our hospital were involved. CD34 and collagen IV( CoIV)-positive MVQ and morphology in the osteogenic tumor were analyzed by immunohistochemical staining. Results The CD34-positive MVQ significantly increased with the increase of grade index of osteosarcoma,while the CoIV-positive MVQ significantly decreased. The differences were statistically significance(P <0. 05). The CD34-positive MVQ significantly increased with the increase of PCNA and p53 expression,while the CoIV-positive MVQ significantly decreased. The differences were statistically significance(P < 0. 05). In addition,the CD34-positive MVQ in caryokinesis > 10 /10 HPF and metastasis were significantly higher than those in caryokinesis < 10 /10 HPF and no-metastasis,while the CoIV-positive MVQ was significantly lower. The differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The analysis of the morphology and MVQ of CD34-positive and CoIV-positive could help to judge the degree of malignancy of bone tumor. This may provide guidances for the treatment and prognosis.
