【摘要】 目的 了解血透护士锐器伤发生情况,为预防锐器伤发生提供依据。方法 选取某血液净化中心35名护士作为研究对象,在调查员指导下在线完成问卷调查。采用Fisher精确检验比较组间的构成比分布差异。结果 有锐器伤史和虚惊锐器伤史的人数分别占88.6%和94.3%;34名血透护士过去一年锐器伤或虚惊锐器伤次数以报告1~3次为主,分别占64.7%和58.8%;最近一次锐器伤发生环节主要在抗凝剂准备时,占47.1%;有5.7%的人对锐器伤无所谓,17.1%的人处理特殊感染病人才戴手套。护士认为工作忙碌、精神紧张和身心疲惫是锐器伤发生的主要原因。结论 血透护士中锐器伤发生率较高,应采取适当措施保护血透护士健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Identifying sharp injury events among hemodialysis nurses and analyzing risk factors,to provide evidence for the prevention of sharp injuries.Methods A group of 35 nurses from a blood purification center were recruited and asked to complete a questionnaire online with the help of the investigators.Fisher exact test was performed to compare the frequency distribution among groups.Results Nurses suffered sharp injuries and near miss sharp injuries when worked in the blood purification center accounted for 88.6% and 94.3%,respectively.The sharp injuries and near miss sharp injuries occurred one to three times for each nurse in the past year.Of the latest sharp injuries or near miss sharp injuries,47.1% occurred when prepared anticoagulant.5.7% of nurses did not take sharp injuries serious;only 17.1% of nurses wore gloves when dealing with patients infected with highly transmitted pathogens.All participants attributed sharp injuries to intensive labor,nervousness,mental and physical exhaustion.Conclusions Hemodialysis nurses may suffer from high rate of sharp injuries;corresponding measures should be exercised to protect the health of them.更多还原
