【摘要】 目的 分析引起此次普通棉耳狨猴腹泻、消瘦的原因，制定切实可行的预防控制措施，为规模化狨猴养殖提供值得借鉴的经验。方法 对腹泻、消瘦的狨猴进行病因分析，包括病症、饮食状况、饲喂状况、病理剖检、组织切片、肛门拭子采集检测等。结果 通过实验室诊断、饲养管理改善等进行病因分析，确定了引起狨猴腹泻、消瘦并最终导致2例死亡的原因，是由于饲养环境内部分应激因素(如温度)改变、饲养动物处于空调送风口位置、人员进出频繁等，导致机体内条件致病菌(肺炎克雷伯氏菌)引起动物发病。采取改变饲养管理方式、调整饮食等措施后，逐步控制了病情。结论 科学的饲养管理方式以及良好的兽医护理对防止普通棉耳狨猴腹泻、消瘦疾病的发生具有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out the cause of diarrhea and wasting in common marmosets(Callithrix jacchus), and formulate feasible prevention and control actions, which can provide experience for largescale marmosets breeding. Methods The causes of diarrhea and wasting were found, by analyzing symptoms, diet, feeding, pathologic autopsy, tissue section, anal swab inspection, etc. Results By using laboratory diagnosis and care management improvement, the diarrhea and wasting in marmosets was due to the changes in housing environment such as unstable temperature, breeding under the air-condition outlet, or frequent entrances and exits of staff which activated conditional pathogenic bacteria Klebsiella pneumoniaeand and led to two deaths. The disease was controlled gradually by changing the way of feeding management. Conclusion Scientific management and good veterinary care play the important role in prevention of the diarrhea and wasting in common marmosets.更多还原
