【摘要】 文章基于教育事业和人口普查等最新统计数据,使用"层剥法",分析住宿餐饮业及其细分行业和细分业种的人才需求总量和结构,分析大中专院校相关专业设置、人才培养学历及地区结构,从而研究我国住宿餐饮业的人才需求与高校人才培养总量与结构匹配程度,并对行业的人才需求结构进行预测。结果表明:目前中专教育相关专业现有招生规模大致合理,而大专院校人才培养远不能满足行业未来发展需求。建议要特别增加本科招生规模;出台政策提高高等教育成人招生比例;稳定中等职业教育招生规模;鼓励大中专院校办学形式和教学模式创新。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on an analysis(using the layer-peeling method)of the number and structure of trained personnel needed in the accommodation and catering industries,this paper presents personnel demand of the above industries and how polytechnic schools and colleges may fulfill the task of related training.The results show that the student number is rational for polytechnic schools but falls short for universities and colleges.This paper suggests(1)increasing enrollment of undergraduate level;(2)improving the adult higher education enrollment ratio;(3)maintaining stability of the enrollment of students in secondary occupational education,and(4)encouraging innovation in both school management and teaching.更多还原
