连续长玻璃纤维增强PBT复合材料的研究

【摘要】 利用改进的双螺杆挤出机制备了连续长玻璃纤维增强PBT复合材料。考察了原料、工艺条件等对复合材料性能的影响。实验结果表明:玻璃纤维的质量分数为30%的连续长玻璃纤维增强PBT复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、冲击强度分别达到114 MPa、160 MPa和42kJ/m2。复合材料在240~260℃下加工比较合适,高温高压时注塑的制品表面光洁;PBT的黏度、颗粒长度、相容增韧剂等影响复合材料的性能;复合材料对水分尤其敏感,性能下降明显。

【Abstract】 The continuous long fiber reinforced PBT composite was prepared with a modified twin-screw extruder.The effects of raw material and process conditions on the properties of composite were investigated.The experimental results show that the tensile strength,flexural strength,and impact strength of the continuous glass fiber reinforced PBT composite with the mass fraction of glass fiber of 30% can reach 114 MPa,160 MPa and 42kJ/m2,respectively.The composite is easy to process at a temperature of 240~260 ℃.The injection molding product surface is more smooth under high temperature and high pressure.PBT resin viscosity,particle length,toughening agent,etc.influence the properties of composite.The composite is particularly sensitive to moisture,and the performance decreases significantly.
