鸡球虫免疫改善其耐药性饲养周期初探

【摘要】 在试验条件下,雏鸡通过球虫苗免疫抵抗野外球虫攻击。以病变记分减少率和相对卵囊产量为主要耐药指标,检测免疫前后粪便卵囊对马杜霉素的耐药性。结果表明:经过3个饲养周期的球虫免疫,雏鸡病变记分减少率(RLS)由28.6%升到66.7%,相对卵囊产量(ROP)从63.2%降为3.9%,从完全耐药转为敏感。

【Abstract】 Under the experimental conditions,chicks resisted field coccidiosis attacks through coccidiosis vaccination,and the drug resistances of their fecal oocysts to madumycin before and after the vaccination were determined by using both reduction of lesion scores(RLS)and relative oocyst production(ROP) as main drug resistance indexes.The results showed that the coccidiosis vaccination for 3feeding periods could increase the RLS from 28.6%to 66.7%and decrease the ROP from 63.2%to3.9%,thus completely turning from the drug resistance to the drug sensitivity.
