【Abstract】 In the last decade,The Russia government has not only been devoting itself to dealing with a series of domestic problems,the war in North Caucasus with terrorists,the challenges of Color Revolution from neighboring regions and the game among great powers in the process of world order rebuilding,it also spares more efforts to return to the world in the way of human civilization. Whether having the positive dialogue with the outside world,holding the important forum and large-scale activities as well as exporting the culture service or looking for and establishing its own culture and spirit orientation in order to forge a wholly-new modern culture space building upon its own unique historical and traditional advantage,the efforts and a sense of urgency aiming to strengthen Russia’s soft power have been shown vividly. Though Russia has recently encountered different kinds of challenges from home and abroad which can not be changed within a short term,can Russia recreate its wonder with its unique historical track?更多还原
