高顺式锂系异戊橡胶的合成

【摘要】 采用正丁基锂为引发剂,异戊二烯为单体,在非极性溶剂体系下合成锂系异戊橡胶,并考察了溶剂、引发温度、单体含量和相对分子质量对异戊橡胶微观结构的影响。研究结果表明:溶剂环己烷优于抽余油,可以合成顺式-1,4-结构含量高的聚合物;在环己烷溶剂体系下,较低的引发温度、单体含量和高相对分子质量都有利于顺式-1,4-结构的生成,聚合物的顺式-1,4-结构质量分数最高达86.9%。

【Abstract】 The polyisoprene rubber was synthesized in nonpolar solvent system with n-butyl lithium as initiator, isoprene as monomer. It was investigated that the influences of the solvent, temperature of initiation,monomer content and relative molecular weight on microstructure of the polyisoprene rubber. The results indicated that the cyclohexane as the solvent was better than raffinate oil in synthesis of the polymer with high cis-1,4 structure;the cyclohexane solvent system with lower the initiation of temperature,monomer content and high relative molecular weight was to the benefit of the high cis-1,4 structure formed,the highest mass fraction of cis-1,4 structure to be up to 86.9%.
