高碳钢盘条表面氧化铁皮机械剥离性实验研究
EXPERIMENT STUDY ON MECHANICAL STRIPPING PERFORMANCE OF SURFACE OXIDE SCALE ON HIGH CARBON WIRE STEEL
【摘要】 实验得到高碳钢盘条在不同保温工艺制度下氧化铁皮的剥离情况并通过扫描电镜观察氧化铁皮的形貌,分析保温温度和时间对氧化铁皮组成成分的影响,进而得到保温温度和时间与氧化铁皮剥离性的基本关系。最后提出了线材斯太尔摩风冷线第5架及之后风机风量的控制方案。根据生产试验,如果需要得到剥离性较高的盘条氧化铁皮,需要延长500~200℃区间的冷却时间,即减小第5架至第13架的风机风量。
【Abstract】 The mechanical stripping performance of surface oxide scale on high carbon wire steel under different temperatures was obtained by experiment,and the oxide scale morphology was observed by metallurgical microscope. The effect of preservation temperature and time on the oxide scale component was also analyzed and its relationship was obtained. Finally the control method on air volume of Stelmor fan cooling line was suggested. According to the actual situation,when the cooling time increased within 500 ~ 200 ℃,i. e.,all the air volumes after the fifth stand decreased,the high mechanical stripping oxide scale could be obtained.
