【摘要】 介绍了鞍钢低成本X70M管线钢的研制情况。采用C-Mn-Nb-Cr合金体系设计,纯净钢冶炼,TMCP工艺轧制,所开发出的X70M热轧卷板组织为针状铁素体,位错密度高,析出均匀,通过组织强化、位错强化、细晶强化和析出强化等机制使产品具有高强度、高韧性和优异的低温韧性等特点。该产品的研制成功,降低了生产成本,支持了国家重大管道建设,具有良好的经济和社会效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 The research and development of economical X70M pipeline steel of Ansteel were introduced. The procedures of C-Mn-Nb-Cr alloy system design,purity steelmaking and TMCP rolling process were adopted,so the microstructure of X70M hot rolled coil had acicular ferrite,high density dislocation and uniform precipitated particles,which ensured the high strength,high ductility and excellent low temperature toughness due to the mechanisms of phase transformation strengthening, dislocation strengthening, fine grain strengthening, precipitation strengthening and so on. The successful development of X70M pipeline steel reduced the cost greatly,and supported national pipe construction,which had remarkable economic and social benefits.更多还原
