8种子类药对氧化损伤人晶状体上皮细胞的影响
The Effect of Oxidized Chinese Drugs of 8 Zi species on Damage to Human Lens Epithelial Cells
【摘要】 目的:对常用子类中药进行抗氧化研究。方法:以人晶状体上皮细胞为研究对象,对8种临床和文献典籍中常述及的子类中药进行抗氧化功能测定。结果:各组药材提取物均有一定的升高SOD酶活力的作用,其中菟丝子、女贞子、决明子、楮实子等作用较强,这些子类药物的各剂量组SOD酶活力分别比模型组高出:菟丝子(1.35倍,1.32倍,1.43倍,1.80倍);女贞子(1.18倍,1.52倍,1.37倍,1.49倍);决明子(1.28倍,1.45倍,1.40倍,1.40倍),楮实子(1.26倍,1.37倍,1.22倍,1.39倍);青葙子的高浓度组有一定的抑制细胞或SOD酶活性的作用。各浓度子类药材提取物对MDA生成均有一定程度的抑制作用,女贞子、决明子、菟丝子等抑制作用较强,其中女贞子各剂量组效应最为显著;另外枸杞子、车前子等各剂量组的效应也比较明显。结论:以人晶状体上皮细胞为研究对象,对8种子类中药进行抗氧化功能研究,研究结果更贴近临床实际。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study the antioxidation of common chinese drugs of "zi"species. Method: To take human lens epithelial cells as the object of study,and to study the antioxidation of common chinese drugs of 8 "zi"species mentioned often in clinical,literature and classic books. Results: The extracts of crude drugs of each group had all a certain role increasing the enzyme activity of SOD,in which Semen Cuscutae,Fructus Ligustri Lucidi,Semen Cassiae,Fructus Broussonetiae etc. had the stronger role,the SOD enzyme activity of these drugs of "zi"species in each dose group was respectively higher than the model group: Semen Cuscutae( 1. 35,1. 32,1. 43,1. 80times); Fructus Ligustri Lucidi( 1. 18,1. 52,1. 37,1. 49 times); Semen Cassiae( 1. 28,1. 45,1. 40,1. 40 times);Fructus Broussonetiae( 1. 26,1. 37,1. 22,1. 39 times); the high concentration group of Semen Celosiae had a certain role suppressing the cells or SOD enzyme activity. The extracts of crude drugs of "zi"species with each concentrations had all a certain degree of suppression against the generation of MDA,the suppressions of Semen Cuscutae,Fructus Ligustri Lucidi,Semen Cassiae etc. were stronger,in which the effect of Fructus Ligustri Lucidi in each dose group was most significant; in addition,the effects of each dose group of Fructus Lycii,Semen Plantaginis etc. were also more obvious. Conclusion: For the first time,this paper took human lens epithelial cells as the object of study,and studied the antioxidation of common chinese drugs of 8"zi"species mentioned often in clinical,literature and classic books. The results of study were closer to clinical practice.
