【摘要】 目的:观察加味补阳还五汤治疗糖尿病性勃起功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:将60例该病患者随机分为两组各30例,治疗组在糖尿病常规治疗基础上加自拟加味补阳还五汤治疗,对照组则在糖尿病常规治疗上加用口服Vit.B1治疗。均以2月为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.00%(95%CI=73.45%~97.90%),对照组为73.33%(95%CI=57.50%~89.16%),两组综合疗效比较(u=2.295 5,P=0.022 0),差异有显著性意义;治疗组并可较对照组改善患者的T、E2、FSH、LH、PRL性激素参数(P<0.01),提高IIEF-5(P<0.01)、QOL-BREF(P<0.01、P<0.05)评分参数。结论:在常规西药降糖治疗的基础上,加味补阳还五汤治疗糖尿病性勃起功能障碍患者的临床疗效优于Vit.B1的证据符合第二类临床随机对照研究证据条件,其收益为,OR=0.31(95%CI=0.07~1.29),NNT=6(95%CI=2.76~40.36)。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effects of modified buyang huanwu decoction on erectile dysfunction caused by diabetes mellitus.Methods: 60 patients with this disease were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 patients in each group.The patients of treatment group were treated with standard prescription for diabetes mellitus combined with modified buyang huanwu decoction,while the patients from control group were treated with standard diabetic therapy plus oral Vitamin B1.Two months were took as a course of treatment,both groups were treated all for two courses.Results: The total effective rate of treatment group was 90.00%(95% CI=73.45%~97.90%),while the control group was 73.33%(95% CI=57.50%~ 89.16%).Compared the comprehensive efficacies of two groups(u=2.295 5,P=0.022 0),the differences had marked significance; compared with the control group,the treatment group improved the patient’s T,E2,FSH,LH,PRL sex hormone parameters(P<0.01) ,increased IIEF-5(P<0.01),QOL-BREF(P<0.01,P<0.05) scoring parameters.Conclusions:The clinical effects treating sexual erectile dysfunction due to diabetes mellitus with modified buyang huanwu decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine for hypoglycemic therapy is better than Vit.B1,its evidence meets the conditions of the second clinical randomized control study,its benefits is OR=0.31(95% CI=0.07~1.29),NNT=6(95% CI=2.76~ 40.36).更多还原
