【摘要】 代谢综合征是2型糖尿病和其他心血管疾病的初期阶段,气病理论在代谢综合征的论治中具有独特优势,代谢综合征的发病和进展无不伴随着气病。代谢综合征初期气盛和气郁通常并存,共同作用主导了气耗的发生,随着气耗的不断进展,在MS中后期气虚和气郁成为了气病的主要形式。气耗是代谢综合征进展为2型糖尿病和其他心血管疾病的直接原因;肺脾散精功能的失调是胰岛素抵抗最根本的中医病机。从气机和气化的异常入手论治代谢综合征,可降低临床辨证的复杂性,同时也给治疗用药提供了理论基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Metabolic syndrome(MS) is the early stage of type Ⅱ diabetes and Other cardiovascular diseases.Its onset and development usually goes with Qi disorder.The Qi excess and Qi stagnation are always coexisting and lead to Qi loss in the early stage of MS.With the evolution of Qi loss,Qi deficiency and Qi stagnation turn to be the leading manifestation in the middle and later period.In this way,Qi loss undoubtedly becomes the direct cause in the development from the metabolic syndrome to type Ⅱ diabetes and other cardiovascular diseases.In theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine,insulin resistance is due to the dysfunction of spleen and lung in essence distribution throughout the whole body.It may decrease the complexity of syndrome differentiation and offer the theoretical basis for clinical therapy by diagnosing the metabolic syndrome from the point of abnormity in Qi Mechanism and Qi flowing.更多还原
