卫星天线双轴驱动机构旋转铰磨损规律研究
Research on Wear of Revolute Joint of Two-Axis-Position Mechanism for Satellite Antenna
【摘要】 以某卫星天线双轴驱动机构为研究对象,分析旋转铰在系统运行中的磨损规律。考虑驱动机构在磨损过程中的动态变化对磨损率的影响,建立了含间隙的卫星天线双轴驱动机构动力学仿真模型。用非线性等效弹簧阻尼模型建立运动副间隙处的接触碰撞模型,并嵌入动力学模型。基于ADAMS软件进行了动力学仿真,分析旋转铰的动力学特性。根据旋转铰的动力学特性进行仿真实验,处理实验数据,给出接触力与运动副间隙的函数关系。结合磨损率表达式,建立磨损规律的数学模型。给出了运动副间隙在磨损过程中的变化规律。
【Abstract】 The wear of revolute joint of two-axis-position mechanism for some satellite antenna was investigated in this paper.The dynamic simulation model of two-axis-position mechanism was established with the consideration of the effects of wear rate on dynamic changes of two-axis-position mechanism.The model of contact and impact was established by using a nonlinear equivalent spring-damp model.The model was incorporated into dynamic model.The dynamic characteristics of revolute joint were analyzed by using ADAMS.The equation of contact force and clearance were obtained by dynamic simulation experiment.The mathematical model of wear of revolute joint was established combining with the expression of wear rate.The curve of wear was obtained.
