【Abstract】 There is a high proportion of students from families living below poverty line in the compulsory education in rural area of China. They need the financial aid system to complete school, but it hasn’t been well established. The study demonstrates that the government should undertake the main responsibility for financial aid system construction and establish a funding system that works for rural impoverished students.
