N-硬脂酰酪氨酸盐的合成及其临界胶束浓度测定

【摘要】 目的合成N-硬脂酰酪氨酸二钠盐(NST-2Na)和二钾盐(NST-2K),测定它们的临界胶束浓度(CMC)。方法以硬脂酸为原料经两步反应得到N-硬脂酰酪氨酸(NST),再经NaOH或KOH碱化得到目标化合物。以十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为标准品,N,N-二乙基苯胺(DEA)为探针,确定紫外分光光度法(UV法)测定CMC的可行性。运用UV法测定两种NST盐的CMC。结果经高效液相色谱法(HPLC)法确定,NST-2Na纯度为98.35%,NST-2K纯度为92.65%。UV法测得SDS的CMC值与文献值一致,NST-2Na和NST-2K的CMC值分别为27.5 mg/100 mL和25.0 mg/100 mL。结论 UV法可作为测定NST盐CMC值简单、可靠的方法。

【Abstract】 Objective T o synthesize N-stearyl tyrosine disodium( NST-2Na) and dipotassium( NST-2K) and to determine their critical micelle concentration( C M C). Methods N-stearyl tyrosine( NST) was synthesized from stearic acid via two step reactions and then basified by NaO H or KO H to obtain the target compounds.T he feasibility of U V spectrophotometry for measuring the C M C was determined by the C M C trial of sodium dodecyl sulfate( SDS) and N,N-diethyl aniline( DEA) was used as the probe. T he C M C of two NST salts was measured by the U V spectrophotometry. Results T he results of high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) showed that the purity of NST-2Na and NST-2K was 98. 35% and 92. 65%, respectively. T he C M C values of SDS determined by the U V spectrophotometry were consistent with those of literatures. T he C M C was27. 5 mg /100 mL for NST-2Na and 25. 0 mg /100 mL for NST-2K. Conclusion T he U V spectrophotometry is a simple and reliable method for measuring the C M C of NST salts.
