【摘要】 融资难是制约科技型中小企业健康发展的首要问题。选择合适的金融产品,并将融资策略合理地运用到企业发展的整个过程,对于科技型中小企业的发展有着至关重要的作用。在分析辽宁省科技型中小企业融资状况的基础上,对科技型中小企业在生命周期各个阶段的融资需求特征进行研究,提出与各个阶段相匹配的融资策略,针对策略选择过程中可能存在的问题提出相应建议,旨在为科技型中小企业制定融资策略提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Financing difficulty is the chief problem restricting the healthy development of scientific and technological small and medium enterprises( S&T SMEs). It is of key significance to the development of S&T SMEs to select suitable financing product,and to apply financing strategy properly during the whole developing process of enterprises. Based on analyzing the finacing situation of S&T SMEs in Liaoning Province,the characteristics of financing demand are studied in each stage of life cycle of S&T SMEs,and the financing strategies are proposed to match each stage. Corresponding suggestions are brought forward according to the problems maybe exsited during the process of strategy selection,in order to provide basis for the making of financing strategy of S&T SMEs.更多还原
