【摘要】 目的:探讨妇科千金胶囊对SD孕鼠胎仔生长发育的影响,对其生殖安全性进行研究。方法:采用健康育龄SD雌鼠为模型系统,研究妇科千金胶囊对啮齿动物胎仔出生后生长发育的毒性,设0.48 g/kg、1.92 g/kg、7.68 g/kg不同剂量组,并设溶剂对照组,对SD孕鼠体内染毒,观察其对健康育龄SD孕鼠F1代仔鼠生长发育状况等。结果:其对F1代仔鼠哺乳期体重、生长发育标志、反射发育标志的成熟、断乳后体重、断乳后自发活动未见明显影响,且对F1代仔鼠的生殖器官发育及生殖功能等指标也未见明显影响。结论:妇科千金胶囊在7.68 g/kg给药剂量范围内对健康育龄SD孕鼠F1代生长发育无明显毒性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of Fuke Qianjin capsules on growth of SD rats of F1generation so as to assess reproductive toxicity of capsule. Methods:The pregnant SD rats were treated with Fuke Qianjin capsules at 0.48 g/kg,1.92g/kg,7.68 g/kg. Growth indexes of F1generation SD rats were observed. Results:The body weight during lactation,development state of growth and reflex,body weight and spontaneous activity after lactation,as well as development state of reproductive organs and reproductive function of F1generation SD rats were not affected by Fuke Qianjin capsules. Conclusions:Reproductive toxicity of Fuke Qianjin capsules for F1offspring isn′t observed when the dosage is fewer than 7.68 g/kg.更多还原
