陶瓷粗骨料再生混凝土碳化规律试验研究
Experimental Study on the Carbonation Regularity of Recycled Concrete Using Waste Ceramic as Coarse Aggregate
【摘要】 研究了在快速碳化条件下碳化龄期、立方体抗压强度、陶瓷粗骨料取代率对陶瓷再生混凝土的碳化深度的影响。结果表明:用陶瓷粗骨料取代天然粗骨料,会加重混凝土的碳化程度;此外,通过回归,建立了混凝土碳化深度与混凝土抗压强度、取代率和碳化时间之间的关系的混凝土碳化深度预测模型。
【Abstract】 The effect of the age of concrete carbonation,the cube compressive strength of concrete and replacement rate of ceramic aggregate on the depth of the ceramic recycled concrete carbonization are studied in this paper. The results show that the carbonization degree of ceramic concrete becomes more serious than the carbonization of ordinary concrete if ceramic aggregate is used to replace natural coarse aggregate. In addition,by means of regression,a prediction model about the relationship between carbonation depth in concrete and the compressive strength,concrete replacement rate and carbonization time are established.
