辛亥革命博物馆大跨度悬挑钢桁架安装与卸载技术
Large-span Suspension Cantilever Steel Truss Installation and Unloading of the Revolution of 1911 Museum
【摘要】 辛亥革命博物馆采用大跨度悬挑钢桁架结构,结合钢桁架结构特点与施工难点分析,通过方案比选,确定采用临时支撑体系和空中散装结合的安装工艺,在结构组装完成后拆除临时支撑。在临时支撑搭设前,建立钢桁架结构深化设计和结构安装分析模型,分阶段模拟安装和卸载过程,并用计算参数和监测数据的对比来指导钢桁架安装和卸载操作,确保了安装过程和卸载过程中的安装精度和结构稳定。
【Abstract】 Large-span suspension cantilever steel truss is adopted in the Revolution of 1911 Museum. Combined with the steel truss structure ’s characters and the construction difficulties analysis,the installation process uses temporary support system and air bulk binding,and dismantles temporary support after the completion of the assembly by scheme selection. The deepen design and installation analysis model of steel truss structure is setting before temporary support setting up,and the counting parameters and monitoring data are used to guide installation and unloading construction,the installation accuracy and structure stability are ensured during installation and unloading process.
