纳米银纤维和Tencel的卷曲、摩擦性能及其可纺性
Crimps and friction properties of nano silver fiber and Tencel fiber and its spinnability
【摘要】 化学纤维的卷曲、摩擦性能与其可纺性存在密切关系。测试了以涤纶为载体的纳米银纤维和Tencel A100纤维的卷曲、摩擦性能。探讨了两种纤维的卷曲、摩擦性能对纺纱的影响,并据此选择合适的工艺参数进行纺纱实践,纺制了质量优异的18.5 tex 50/50纳米银纤维/Tencel赛络紧密混纺纱。
【Abstract】 The crimp and friction property of chemical fiber has a close relationship with its spinnability. In this paper,the crimps and friction properties of nano silver fiber and of Tencel A100 were tested respectively with the influence on their spinnabilily studied. Finally appropriate process parameters are chosen to spin fine quality 18. 5tex 50 /50 nano silver / Tencel blended Siro yarn.
