【摘要】 目的 :观察健脾祛湿法联合缬沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法 :选择早期糖尿病肾病患者50例,随机分为联合组(健脾祛湿法联合缬沙坦组)和ARB组(缬沙坦组),观察治疗前后两组中医症状疗效、尿清蛋白排泄率(UAER)、血压、血肌酐等变化情况。结果:治疗3个月后,联合组中医症状疗效总有效率90.0%,显著高于缬沙坦组60.0%(P=0.031<0.05)。治疗后两组UAER均较治疗前有所降低(均P<0.01);治疗后组间比较,联合组UAER低于ARB组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组血压均有下降(P<0.01,P<0.05),但治疗后两组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:健脾祛湿法联合缬沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病可有效改善中医临床症状以及降低尿微量清蛋白。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of method of invigorating spleen for eliminating dampness combined with valsartan in treating early diabetic nephropathy. Methods:50 cases of early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into combined group(invigorating spleen for eliminating dampness combined with valsartan)and ARB group(valsartan). The effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes,urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER),blood pressure and serum creatinine before and after treatment were observed.Results:After 3 months treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndromes of combined group was 90.0%,higher than 60.0% in control group(P=0.031<0.05). The UAER of both groups were decreased after treatment(both P<0.01),and the combined group was lower than ARB group(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood pressures of both groups were decreased(P<0.01,P<0.05),and the combined group it was lower than that in ARB group(P<0.05). But comparison between the two groups,there was no significant difference(P> 0.05).Conclusion :The method of invigorating spleen for eliminating dampness combined with valsartan can improve TCM clinical syndromes and reduce the urinary microalbumin.更多还原
