艾灸对慢性疲劳综合征模型大鼠的行为及下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴激素水平的影响
Effects of Moxibustion on Behavior and Hormone Levels of Hypothalamus-Pituitary-Adrenergic Axis of the Model Rat with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
【摘要】 目的:探讨艾灸对慢性疲劳大鼠行为及下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴(HPA)激素水平的影响。方法:选用Wistar大鼠50只,随机分为正常组、模型组和艾灸组,采用力竭游泳和剥夺睡眠的方法复制慢性疲劳大鼠模型,造模前后、治疗结束后,分别对各组大鼠进行行为学观察;治疗结束后检测对比各组大鼠促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、皮质酮(CORT)、促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素(CRH)的水平。结果:①造模结束后,艾灸组、模型组与正常组比较,力竭游泳时间缩短、鼠尾悬挂不动时间延长,水平运动和垂直运动得分减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.O1)。②治疗结束后,艾灸组与模型组比较,力竭游泳时间延长、鼠尾悬挂不动时间缩短,水平运动和垂直运动得分增多,血浆ACTH、CORT、CRH浓度下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:艾灸足三里、肾俞穴能够调节慢性疲劳大鼠的血浆ACTH、CORT、CRH水平,纠正HPA轴功能,从而达到治疗慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)的目的。
【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the effects of moxibustion on behavior and hormone levels of hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenergic axis(HPA) of the model rat with chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS). Method:We divided 50 Wistar rats into the normal group,the model group and the moxibustion group randomly. We deprived sleep and forced them to swim exhaustedly to set up CFS model rat. We observed the behavior of each group rats before and after the setting up model and the end of treatment,and detected the content of the serum ACTH,CORT and CRH. Result:①After setting up model,the swimming time,rat tail suspension time, score of horizontal movement and vertical motion of the model group and the moxibustion group was shorter,longer,less than the normal group respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).②After the treatment,the moxibustion group was compared with the model group,the swimming time was longer,rat tail suspension time was shorter,score of horizontal movement and vertical motion was more,the content of the serum ACTH,CRH,CORT were less,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Moxibustion on Zusanli and Shenshu can adjust the content of the serum ACTH,CORT and CRH,and improve the function of HPA axis to achieve the purpose of treatment.
