【摘要】 目的:研究慢性乙型肝炎瘀血阻络证的临床证候,揭示瘀血阻络证的证候特征。方法:通过数据库查询国内慢性乙型肝炎瘀血阻络证的临床表现,检索到符合纳入标准的文献进行资料汇总整理,分析慢性乙型肝炎的临床症状及舌象、脉象分布规律。结果:71篇文献中有关瘀血阻络证的临床证候共17项,以舌瘀点瘀斑、舌质紫暗、脉涩、胁肋刺痛、胁下痞块、肝掌蜘蛛痣、面部红斑赤缕、面色晦暗为最常见症状、体征。结论:目前对明确的瘀血阻络型慢乙肝的临床证候及疗效观察较少。临床专家学者对国家的中医辨证标准的内容比较认可,但上述临床表现出现频次排序与指南中的主次证安排并不相同。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To reveal the characteristics of syndrome of blood stasis blocking collateral through researching the clinical symptom in chronic hepatitis B. Methods:To search the symptoms of syndrome of blood stasis blocking collateral in the domestic chronic hepatitis B and analyse the clinical symptoms and the regularity of distribution of tongue demonstration and pulse conditions. Results:There are 17 clinical symptoms of syndrome of blood stasis blocking collateral in the 71 papers about chronic hepatitis B. The common symptoms include purplish tongue,uneven pulse,pricking in lateral thorax,lump under the rib-side, liver palms and spider mole,red spot and line on the face,dim complexion. Conclusions:The clinical symptoms and therapeutic effects of the blood stasis syndrome in chronic hepatitis B were seldomly reported. Clinical experts and scholars widely accept the syndrome diagnostic criteria of TCM enacted by country. However,the frequency of primary and secondary sort of these clinical manifestations and that in the criteria not same.更多还原
