【摘要】 “新型城镇化”已成为当下研究的热点,城镇化规模与质量是城镇化进程的两个重要方面,笔者在构建城镇化规模与质量评价指标体系的基础上,运用熵权法、耦合度模型、协调性模型等方法,对山东省城镇化发展的协调性进行了分析研究,得出以下结论:1)山东省的城镇化规模与质量协调耦合度均未达到理想的协调耦合状态,基本都处在磨合阶段;2)城镇化质量和规模不协调的原因大多是城镇化质量滞后于城镇化规模;3)全省17地市的城镇化规模和质量的协调耦合水平存在着明显的东、中、西三梯队的空间分布格局;4)虽然各城市的城镇化规模与质量的协调耦合水平都是逐年提高的,但提高的步伐有快有慢,时空格局在不断变化.根据上述结论提出了具体对策建议,研究对于推进山东省的新型城镇化建设具有一定的指导和借鉴.更多还原

【Abstract】 New type of urbanization has become a hot spot of current research,and quality and scale are two aspects of the urbanization process,which are dependent and restraint each other.This paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system,using the entropy weight method,coupling model,the coordination model,etc,to study the coordination for the development of urbanization in Shandong province.We find those conclusions:1) The level of coordination about urbanization quality and scale has not achieved extreme coordinate coupling state,but in the running- in period.2) The reason for uncoordinated of urbanization quality and scale is mostly urbanization quality lagging behind urbanization scale.3) From the coupling coordination level of urbanization quality and scale in the province’s 17 cities,we can find that there is obvious eastern,central and western three space- time distribution pattern of the ladder.4) Although the coupling coordination level of urbanization quality and size is improving year by year,the pace of increase isn’ t consistent,and the spatial structure is changing.On this basis,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions.更多还原
