【摘要】 目的探讨朝医方千金文武汤对糖尿病肾病(DN)模型大鼠血糖和肾功能的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法将SD大鼠麻醉后,结扎肾动脉,切除左肾脏,同时注射链尿佐菌素制备DN模型,将造模成功的大鼠随机分为千金文武汤低、中、高剂量组和模型组、阳性对照组各10只,另设正常对照组10只,行假手术处理。术后各组分别给予2.5、5、10 g/kg千金文武汤和蒸馏水、洛丁新、蒸馏水灌胃,1次/d,连续30 d。观察各组基本状态及24 h尿量、空腹血糖、血尿素氮、肌酐、肌酐清除率。结果模型组24 h尿量、空腹血糖、血尿素氮、肌酐和肌酐清除率均高于千金文武汤各剂量组(P均<0.05),千金文武汤各剂量组与阳性对照组比较均无统计学差异(P均>0.05)。结论千金文武汤对DN模型大鼠具有治疗作用,能够显著抑制DN模型大鼠肾脏病理变化,其机制可能与其药物组分降低血糖和调节肾小球的滤过率有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate effect of Korean medicine ’Qianjinwenwutang’on blood glucose and renal function of rats with diabetic nephropathy and discuss its possible mechanism. Methods 120 SD rats were established diabetic nephropathy model though ligation of Renal artery,resection of the left kidney and injection of cephalosporins after anesthesia. 50 successfully established rats were divided into Qianjinwenwutang low,middle,high dose group,model group and positive control group,10 rats in each groups,treated with left nephrectomy. Ten healthy rats who underwent sham operation were as normal control group. These rats were keeping on intragastric administration of puff ginseng suspension( 2. 5 g /kg,5 g /kg,10 g /kg) and distilled water for 30 d. The basic state,24 h urine,fasting blood glucose,blood urea nitrogen,creatinine and creatinine clearance were observed and compared( all P < 0. 05). Results The 24 h urine,fasting blood glucose,blood urea nitrogen,creatinine and creatinine clearance of rats in model group were higher than those of rats in drug group. Conclusions Medicine ’Qianjinwenwutang’ has a function on diabetic nephropathy in rats and can inhibit renal pathological changes,which may be related to decrease blood sugar and adjustment of the glomerular filtration rate.更多还原
