【摘要】 目的观察骨桥切除联合"8"形钢板内固定治疗儿童下肢骨骼的部分骨骺早闭造成的进行性的下肢成角畸形的效果。方法对45例下肢部分骨骺早闭的儿童采用骨桥切除手术联合"8"形钢板内固定的方法进行治疗。结果 45例中39例随访26个月(15~44个月)。39例患者畸形角度与术前相比无进行性加重,其中10例术后畸形角度无改变;29例获得改善,矫正度数为8°~25°、平均14°。29例中13例畸形充分矫正,下肢力线正常;16例畸形获得矫正,角度尚未完全恢复正常。结论骨桥切除联合"8"形钢板内固定治疗部分骨骺早闭所致儿童下肢畸形能更快速地矫正畸形,且损伤小、操作简便、并发症发生率低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of using 8-plate internal fixation combined with bone bridge resection in treatment of progressive lower limb angulation deformity caused by partial epiphyseal plate closure in children.Methods Bone bridge resection combined with 8-plate internal fixation were used in 45 children with lower limb deformities which caused by partial epiphyseal plate closure.Results Among 45 cases,39 cases were followed up for 15-44 months( average 26 months) and their deformity angles had no progressive exacerbation when compared with that before the operation.Among 39 cases,10 cases didn’t change deformity angles,and 29 cases improved,correcting degree was 8 °-25 °( average14 °).Among 29 patients,13 cases corrected to neutral,and 16 cases experienced insufficient correction,but the angles were not fully restored to normal.Conclusion Bone bridge resection combined with 8-plate internal fixation in treatment of partial epiphyseal plate closure in children caused by lower limb deformities can be more quickly corrected,which is a simple and effective procedure with less injuries and low complication rate.更多还原
