【摘要】 目的观察老年高尿酸血症患者血清25(OH)D3水平的变化,并探讨其意义。方法选择高尿酸血症患者51例(A组)及血尿酸正常患者259例(B组)。采用酶免疫分析法测定两组的血清25(OH)D3水平。同时测量两组患者血压、身高、体质量,计算BMI,并检测TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、TG、空腹血糖(FBG)、血尿酸(UA)、钙、磷。结果 A组血清25(OH)D3水平为(33.02±11.60)nmol/l,B组为(37.77±14.51)nmol/l,两组比较P<0.05;两组25(OH)D3不足与缺乏的构成比比较P均<0.05。血尿酸水平与老年高尿酸血症患者的BMI、TG呈正相关(r分别为0.216、0.184,P均<0.001),与HDL-C、血清25(OH)D3水平呈负相关(r分别为-0.282、-0.114,P均<0.05)。结论老年高尿酸血症患者血清25(OH)D3水平低下,低水平血清25(OH)D3可能是高尿酸血症的危险因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the changes in levels of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 in elderly patients with hyperuricemia,and to explore its significance. Methods We selected 51 cases of patients with hyperuricemia( group A) and 259 cases of patients with normal serum uric acid( group B). Venous blood sample were obtained to determine the serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 level by enzyme immunoassay analysis method as well as serum uric acid,fasting blood glucose( FBG),total cholesterol( TC),triglycerides( TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol( LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol( HDL-C). Blood pressure,body weight,body height and BMI were measured and calculated. Results Serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 level in the group A was( 33. 02 ± 11. 60) nmol / L,and serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 level in the group B was( 37. 77 ± 14. 5) nmol / L( P < 0. 05); the proportion of inadequate and lack serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 levels in the two groups was significant different( P < 0. 05).
