【摘要】 目的:探讨中西医结合治疗牙周炎的临床疗效。方法:112名牙周炎患者随机分为两组,西医组给予阿莫西林胶囊及甲硝唑口颊片,治疗组在西医治疗基础上加用清胃败毒汤内服。结果:治疗组总有效率91.07%,西医组78.57%,且治愈时间比西医组明显缩短,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗牙周炎疗效显著,缩短了疗程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of periodontitis treated with combination traditional Chinese and western medicines. Methods:Total 112 patients with periodontitis were randomly divided into two groups,western medicine group was given amoxicillin capsules and metronidazole buccal tablets,treatment group was treated by the western medicine and Qingwei Baidu decoction. Results:Total effective rate of treatment group was 91.07%,that of western group was 78.57%. The cure time of treatment group was significantly shorter than that of western medicine group. There was significant difference(P< 0.05). Conclusion:Combination of traditional Chinese and western medicines has curative effect in treating periodontitis and can shorten the course of treatment.更多还原
