【摘要】 目的就制药工程本科教育与执业药师制度相衔接的问题进行探讨。方法通过对我国现有执业药师现状及制药工程专业本科教育现状进行分析,提出转变制药工程专业人才培养方法。结果与结论我国执业药师人才需求缺口大,因此,高校应建立与执业药师人才培养相衔接的制药工程本科教学模式,为社会培养高素质的药学服务人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the problem about the link of pharmaceutical engineering undergraduate education with the talent training of licensed pharmacists. Methods The current situations of licensed pharmacists and pharmaceutical engineering undergraduate education were analyzed to put forward the different methods of the talent training of pharmaceutical engineering undergraduate. Results and Conclusion The licensed pharmacist demand had a big talent gap in China. Colleges and universities should establish their models of pharmaceutical engineering undergraduate education linking up with the talent training of licensed pharmacists in order to foster the high- quality pharmaceutical talents.更多还原
