路桥施工过程粉尘污染对人肺部健康的影响研究

【摘要】 以典型的路桥施工过程大气监测样品中主要污染物Pb为基准,用粒径为100nm纳米Pbo2模拟其在大气粉尘颗粒中的存在形态,采用人肺部细胞A549为模型,测试其对肺细胞的毒性,从而考察路桥施工过程粉尘对人肺部健康的影响.结果表明,纳米铅对A549细胞呈现依赖毒性,细胞存活率明显减少,细胞有明显的形态学异常变化,并且无毒水平上0.25μg/L的纳米铅使得A549细胞中氧化自由基ROS增加了200%,超氧化物歧化酶SOD表达量下降,提示细胞受到氧化损伤而可能导致细胞功能弱化.

【Abstract】 The typical contaminant Pb2 +from construction process was simulated with 100 nm nano Pb2 +based on its morphology in air,the human lung cell A549 was taken as a model to test its toxicity to human lung,the influence of dust particle from construction process to lung was thus investigated. Results show that A549,at atmospheric level of Pb2 +,showed no significantly survival reduced cell and obvious morphological abnormalities changes. But the oxidation of free radicals( ROS) in the cells was increased by 200%,and superoxide dismutase SOD expression decreased,suggesting that cells from oxidative damage and may influence normal cell function.
