纳米技术与抗肿瘤药物
Nanotechnology and Antineoplastic Drugs
【摘要】 目前临床应用的抗肿瘤药物多数为非选择性药物,疗效低,毒副作用多见。纳米技术的介入提高了药物的靶向性,使疗效增强,毒副作用减少。本文就近年来纳米技术在抗肿瘤药物中的应用作一综述。
