【Abstract】 In recent years,the industry of Japanese software outsourcing is developing rapidly. But the shortage of high- skilled outsourcing talent becomes the biggest obstacle to restrict the development of the industry.According to the status of software outsourcing personnel training,this paper analyzed the questions about curricula and module courses and proposed a new course model based on three level projects.
