正虹吸管道水力特性试验研究

【摘要】 通过室内正虹吸输水管道输水能力试验,观测分析了不同安装高度下管道内气液两相流流态。结果表明,安装高度越高,管道内水流汽化现象越严重,常规有压输水管流量公式已不适用于水流发生汽化后的正虹吸管道。综合考虑各因素对过流量的影响,结合量纲分析法与数值拟合法,对常规有压管流量系数进行了修正,获得适用于汽化现象较明显、长度在23.875m以内、安装高度不大于7.5m的非驼峰式虹吸管的输水流量公式,并通过试验检验了公式的有效性。

【Abstract】 By series of indoor experimental study of water conveyance capacity of positive siphon pipe,the water vaporation phenomenon and flow pattern inside the pipe were observed under different installation heights.The results indicated that the higher for installation,the serious for vaporization.That is to say,the conventional formula of pressurized water delivery pipeline was not suitable for positive siphon pipe which water flow vaporized.The influence of various factors was considered comprehensively,and the dimensional analysis and numeric fitting are combined to modify flow coefficient of conventional positive pressure pipe.The formula of water conveyance discharge that fits for non-hump siphon pipe which has obvious vaporization phenomenon and its length is not larger than 23.875 meters and installation height is not higher than 7.5meters is obtained.Finally,the validity of the formula is verified by experiment.
