【Abstract】 The hasubanan alkaloids represent a group of naturally occurring isoquinolines morphine alkaloids which mainly found in plants from the genus Stephania( Menispermaceae). Up to now,about seventy compounds of this family of natural products were obtained and their activities in anti-HBV,δ-opioid receptor binding,and anti herpes simplex virus were reported. Recent studies on the chemical constituent and pharmacological activity of hasubanan alkaloids were reviewed in this article for their future research and application.更多还原
