【摘要】 为了探讨苏麻的种质特性,揭示其与紫苏的亲缘关系,本文采用形态学鉴定结合ISSR标记技术,对苏麻与紫苏的亲缘关系进行分析。形态学鉴定表明,紫苏为野生紫苏,而苏麻为紫苏(原变种),苏麻与3份紫苏属于紫苏属紫苏,但属于紫苏的不同变种。从20个引物中筛选出的10个ISSR引物中扩增出69条清晰谱带,其中51条为多态性带,多态性比例为73.9%;采用M05、M06或856等3个引物扩增出的标记,能将4份种质区分开来;聚类分析表明,4份供试材料间的相似系数为0.35~0.53,3份紫苏的亲缘关系很近,而与苏麻的亲缘关系较远。更多还原

【Abstract】 To evaluate the genetic relationships between Perilla frutescens Britt. var. acuta Kudo and P. frutescens Britt. var. Frutescens resources in Guizhou Province,morphological traits and ISSR markers were employed to unravel their genetic relatedness. The results showed that P. frutescens Britt. var. acuta Kudo was the wild variety of P. frutescens,while P. frutescens Britt. var. Frutescens was original variant of this sepcies. A total of 69 bands were yielded from the 10 selected primers,among which 51( 73. 9%) were polymorphic. Three primers M05,M06 or 856 might be efficiently distinguish the tested germplasms. The similarity coefficients among the tested accessions were in the range from 0. 35 to 0. 53. Three germplasms of pharmaceutical P. frutescens Britt. var. acuta Kudo demonstrated close relatedness,and they were obviously clustered into different group with P. frutescens Britt. Var.
