【Abstract】 With the rapid development of technology, Information Technology(IT), as the core of the new media, has gradually being mature. There is the same condition for public opinion on network. Through exploring the essence of network group incidents, it deeply analyzed the formation principle and the transmission mechanism, and then pointed out how the universities could guide the internet public opinion to prevent internet critical incidents, and then fi gured out the effi cient strategies for facing those incidents. There are signifi cantly positive impacts on maintaining university stability.更多还原
