【摘要】 农业政策性保险制度的建立和发展,对于自然灾害频发的农业大国来说意义重大。中国农业政策性保险制度的建立和发展仍处于探索阶段,相关政策缺乏科学性,其运营存在诸多困难。文章在研究中国建设农业政策性保险制度现状和发展历程的基础上,借鉴国外经验,完善建立符合中国国情的农业政策性保险制度,不仅可以有效地分散农业生产风险、保护农民利益、推动农村经济持续健康发展,也是建立和完善中国农村现代金融制度的迫切需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 The establishment and development of agricultural policy insurance Especialy system is of great significance. However for the agricultural nation which natural disasters happen constantly. The establishment of the corresponding system development in China is still at the exploratory stage,the relevant policy is not scientific and has many operational difficulties. The paper analyzes the present development of agricultural policy insurance referring to foreign experience,exploring the agricultural policy insurance system establishment conforming to the situation of China,which is not only an effective dispersing risk of agricultural production and safeguard farmer’s interests but also the objective requirement of promoting sustained and healthy development of rural economy. At the Same time,it is the urgent needs of establishing and improving China’s modern financial system in rural areas.更多还原
