基于ANSYS的减震弹簧动力学分析

【摘要】 应用UG7.0建立了减震弹簧的实体模型,并将模型导入ANSYS得到了减震弹簧的有限元模型,通过模态分析,得出减震弹簧的第一阶固有频率最小,约为振动筛振动频率的4.3倍,故减震弹簧能够满足不产生共振的频率条件;通过响应谱分析,得出减震弹簧的等效平均应力为261MPa,该值远小于减震弹簧的最大许用应力,故减震弹簧在承受地震谱作用时不易发生疲劳破坏。

【Abstract】 Entity model of damping spring was established by UG7.0,and the model was imported into ANSYS, then the finite element model of damping spring was established. By model analysis, it was concluded that the first natural frequency of damping spring was the minimum,which was about 4. 3 times that of the vibrating screen. So the damping spring would not resonate. Through response spectrum analysis, it was concluded that the equivalent average stress of damping spring was261 MPa, which was far less than the maximum allowable stress of damping spring. So the damping spring would not be prone to fatigue failure when it was subjected to seismic spectrum.
