棉花秸秆打捆收获机清拔机构的运动分析与设计
The Motion Analysis and Design of Clear Plucking M e-chanism on Cotton Stalk Packaging Harvester
【摘要】 针对棉花秸秆收获机的清拔机构,分析滚刀的运动情况,采用旋耕原理设计了一种错位式清拔滚刀,滚刀将棉秆从根部铲断并提拔出来,可以完成不同高度、不同地域和粗细不均匀的秸秆收获。
【Abstract】 In accordance with the plucking mechanism of cotton stalk harvester,the paper analyzes the motion of the nobbing cutter,and designs a kind of disloeated hobbing cutter through the principle of rotary tillage.The hobbing cutter could cut the cotton stalk off its root and pull it out;it can also complete the stalks harvest of different height,different regions and uneven thickness.
