Spinel ferrite MFe2O4( M=Co2+、Zn2+) nanoparticles were successfully prepared by microwave-assisted heating method,and systematically characterized by powder X-ray diffraction( XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy( FTIR) and nitrogen adsorption/desorption analysis methods.
