【摘要】 目的了解新兵集训期的心理健康状况、生活质量以及两者的关系。方法采用随机整群抽样法抽取南京军区某部新兵517名,应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和健康状况简表(SF-36)进行调查,SCL-90量表各因子中一项以上≥2分或总分≥160分或阳性项目数≥43项为筛查阳性。结果新兵SCL-90量表各因子得分均低于中国男性军人常模和中国常模(P<0.01);SCL-90量表筛查阳性者共62例,占12.60%,筛查阳性者SF-36各维度评分均显著低于筛查阴性者(P<0.01);SCL-90量表总分及各因子评分与生活质量各个维度评分呈负相关(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论新兵集训期的心理健康状况总体较好,心理健康状况可影响其生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the psychological health status,quality of life and their correlation in recruits. Methods 517 recruits in Nanjing Military Region were involved into the study by using random cluster sampling. They were assessed with Symptom Checklist-90( SCL-90) and the Short Form of MOS Health Survey( SF-36). Positive screening was defined as that score of any item of SCL-90 was above 2,or total score of SCL-90 was above 160,or number of positive items was above 43. Results All factor scores of SCL-90 in recruits were significantly lower than male military norm and national norm( P < 0. 01). Rate of positive screening of SCL-90 was 12. 60%( 62 cases). Dimensional scores of SF-36 in positive subjects were significantly lower than those in negative subjects( P < 0. 01). Total score and all factor scores of SCL-90 in recruits were significantly negatively correlated with dimensional scores of SF-36( P < 0. 05,P < 0. 01). Conclusion The psychological status of the recruits is satisfying. The psychological health status can affect recruites’ quality of life.更多还原
