药物合成反应实验教学的绿色改革与实践
Green Rerorm and Practice on the Drug Synthetic Reactions Experiment Course Teaching
【摘要】 "药物合成反应实验"课程是药物化学、制药工程等专业学生必修的一门实践课程,它是专业教学中理论联系实际的一个重要环节。为减少药物合成反应实验对空气和水源的污染,更为避免意外爆炸或中毒事件等的发生,根据绿色化学原则,对药物合成反应实验教学进行绿色改革是势在必行的。本文从多媒体辅助实验教学、离子液体催化技术等方面分析绿色化学理念在化学实验教学中的渗透和运用,以促进绿色化学在高等化学教育及化学实验教学中的发展。
【Abstract】 The drug synthesis reactions experimental course is a required practice course for students of professional pharmaceutical chemistry and pharmaceutical engineering,which is animportant part of theory teaching and practice. Green reform is to be imperative for the experiments course teaching in order to reduce the air and water pollution,more to avoid accide-ntal explosion or poisoning incidents occurred. In this paper,penetration and use the concept of green chemistry in chemistry experiment teaching were analyzed from the strengthening of the idea of green chemistry,using multimedia aided teaching guide,ionic liquid catalyst technology and so on,which would promote the development of green chemistry in chemistry education in college and in chemical experiment teaching.
