反射式光纤位移传感器的研究
Research on Reflective Fiber-optic Displacement Sensor
【摘要】 本文主要致力于反射式光纤位移传感器的研究。给出了光纤位移传感器的具体的设计方案,即根据光纤反射调制原理进行了反射式光纤位移传感检测系统的设计,采用计数器外径干分尺的测头镜面作为反射体和位移测量工具,分析了位移测量装置和传感器检测电路。实验表明,在O~2mm范围内检测系统的输出与位移成线性关系,灵敏度为196μV/μm,线性度为26%。适于微位移的测量。
【Abstract】 This article focus on the research of the Reflective optical fiber micro-displacement sensor. a method to detect the micro-displacementis proposed. According to the refletion and modulation principle of optical fiber,the testing system on reflective optical fiber displacement sense is designed. The mirror surface of the measuring head of the outsige micrometer with counter is regarded as reflector and micro-displacement measurement tool.Micro-displacement measurement unit abd sensor detection circuit are recommended.The experiment shows the relationship between output and displacement is linearity in the range of 0 ~2mm,the sensitivity is 195,the linearity is,the system is suitable for the measurement of micro-displacement.
