【摘要】 白芍为傅青主喜用药物,《傅青主女科》中有近半数方剂选用白芍。本文作者在整理《傅青主女科》中对白芍功效阐述及配伍特色的基础上,分析了傅青主运用白芍治疗妇科病证的规律:白芍在妇科不同病证中的治疗作用重在养肝、柔肝、平肝,白芍与不同药物配伍后又可达到疏肝、调气、降火之目的。使我们对傅青主的用药思路有所领悟,对临床妇科治疗用药具有指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Radix Paeoniae Alba is favored by FU Qingzhu and widely used in approximately half of the prescriptions in FU Qingzhu’s Obstetrics and Gynecology. The author analyses the formula that FU Qingzhu treated gynecological diseases with Radix Paeoniae Alba,on the basis of author’s study on the efficacy statements and compatibility characteristics of FU Qingzhu’s Obstetrics and Gynecology,that the benefits of Radix Paeoniae Alba majored in nourishing liver,softening and tranquilizing liver in different gynecological diseases. The goal of dispersing the stagnated liver,regulating Qi and purging fire can be achieved by the compatibility with different herbs. This can enlighten us with the application of herbs and have guided to apply herbs in the clinical treatment of gynecological diseases.更多还原
