【摘要】 目的:观察紫贝止咳汤对阿奇霉素治疗儿童支原体肺炎的协同作用。方法:103例支原体肺炎患儿随机分为两组,治疗组53例,对照组50例。对照组采用阿奇霉素口服治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用中药紫贝止咳汤。结果:两组综合疗效差别无统计学意义,但是治疗组发热和咳嗽症状消失更快,炎症吸收更快,胃肠道副反应也更少。结论:紫贝止咳汤对儿童支原体肺炎有一定的治疗作用,它对阿奇霉素的治疗具有很好的协同作用,可以提高其疗效,减少其副反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the adjuvant therapy of Zibei Zhike Decoction in treating children mycoplasma pneumonia by azithromycin.Methods:103 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups.The controlled group(50cases) was treated by azithromycin taken orally.The treatment group was added therapy of Zibei Zhike Decoction.Results:The difference of total effective rate between the two groups was not statistically significant.But the disease course was shorter in the treatment group than in the controlled group.The symptoms of cough and fever disappeared more quickly in the treatment group than in the controlled group.The inflammatory exudate was absorbed more quickly in the treatment group than in the controlled group.And there were fewer side effects in the treatment group than in the controlled group.Conclusion:The Zibei Zhike Decoction has some effects in treating children mycoplasma pneumonia.It can provide good adjuvant therapy effect to azithromycin in the treatment,improve the total effective rate,and reduce side effects.更多还原
