【摘要】 目的:探讨中西医结合治疗方法在浆细胞性乳腺炎治疗中的应用及观察其疗效。方法:回顾分析2009年3月~2013年6月80例经我院确诊为浆细胞性乳腺炎患者。经随机分组治疗:分别给予中西医结合治疗(中药内服、中药外敷、抗炎治疗、手术治疗)和单纯西医治疗(抗炎治疗、手术治疗)观察两组疗效。结果:中西医结合治疗组有效率90%,复发率12.5%,平均住院天数=16.3天,中西医结合治疗疗效明显优于单纯西医治疗(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗能够提高浆细胞性乳腺炎的治愈率,缩短病程,减少手术治疗后的并发症,降低复发率,具有推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: In order to discuss the curative effect about traditional Chinese and western medicines in treating plasma cell mastitis. Methods: Retrospective analysis was done to 80 cases by diagnosed in our hospital in March 2009 to June 2013. Participants were randomly assigned to receive traditional Chinese and western medicines treatment( Chinese herbs,antiinflammatory,surgical operation) and simple western medicines( anti- inflammatory,surgical operation). Then,observing the difference. Results: The effective rate of treatment group was 90%,the recurrence rate was 12. 5%,the average days: x-= 16. 3 days,the combine treatment was superior to pure western treatment in curative effect. Conclusions: Combining treatment can improve the rate of plasma cell mastitis,shorten the hospitalization days,reduce the complications and recurrence rate. It has value to promote in clinic.更多还原
